Uhm, I could remove a beacon. I had one for Burnout Revenge running, and since they shut down the servers, I turned my beacon off for that game.

ha ha yeah you can definitely remove beacons, I've set and cancelled loads myself. The option to do it is right there alongside all the other beacon controls.

I too have removed beacons myself for games such as MW3Side note - Never knew Burnout Revenge servers were taken offline. Dang :(

Sorry for my vague guide, but I'm curently on a vacation and don't have access to my console. But if I remember correctly, you press the guide button, and you should see the Beacon option right there...
